A double celebration

Massive congratulations to our Chitambo team! Despite a hectic week, including working on building contracts for the Chitambo Mothers Waiting Shelter, they managed a double celebration: Hosting very special visitors and celebrating FoCH's 10th Anniversary.

These were no ordinary visitors. Dutch doctor Annet Dekker worked at Chitambo Hospital in the late 1980s and decided to revisit this year, bringing her family with her.
Chitambo gave a typically warm welcome and the Dekker family also did their part, presenting a valuable fetalscope and other items to Dr Sydney Chabala, Medical Officer in Charge. Dr Chabala said that these will go far.
A great day was had by all.
