Physiotherapist Sarah-Jayne Lenaerts is now on Day 4 of her huge challenge to walk 100 miles in aid of the Chitambo Hospital Mothers Waiting Shelter.
She's over half way, having walked 60 miles from David Livingstone's grave at Westminster Abbey, London.
She's walked over 47,000 steps and her feet are killing her but, in a WhatsApp chat today, she said 'It's mind over matter, isnt it?'
What a determined and courageous lady!
