Congratulations to Dr Ann Wales, Programme Lead, Knowledge and Decision Support, Digital Health and Care Institute, Scotland; Mrs Mercy Moyo, Senior Program Officer (Research and Training), ITOCA. South Africa; and Mrs Mercy Monde, Senior Medical Librarian, University of Zambia. Despite all the challenges of COVID-19, this team succeeded in developing and delivering the full 4-module Knowledge Broker training online as part of our Scottish Government Small Grant Emergency Care project. The training, which finishes today, was delivered to a wide network of Librarians from 9 African countries. 23 registered for the course which equips them to enable frontline clinicians to utilise best healthcare evidence in practice for healthcare care decision-making. This short, intensive course included webinars, quizzes discussions, and work based exercises.
