Our Christmas Street Fair event, here in Penicuik, Scotland....Saturday 26th November....went well.
Chitambo is getting known here and people are keen to support us, despite the serious economic pressures over here.
We raised £270 (5,130 Zambian Kwachas) but have a long way to go to reach our target of £10,000/190,000K), which is the FoCH contribution towards a Mothers Waiting Shelter at Chitambo Hospital.
Total costs of £36,000/684,000K are being shared between collaborating orgaisations in Scotland, New Zealand, and Zambia.
