Great that Zambia's new President HH has met Scotland's First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon at COP26. Sad that the Scottish Zambian Diaspora will not have a chance to meet him, even virtually. What a missed opportunity. @HHichilema @ScotGovID @zhcLondon @SCOZAP @Ukinzambia
