Help is at hand

This complex, life saving equipment, sponsored by Scottish Government, is undergoing final checks before leaving Germany for Chitambo.
FoCH Trustee, Mrs Ida Waddelll, first proposed the need for such equipment. Her concept was adopted by Zambian and Scotyish Governments, leading to this massive donation.
The plant can't come soon enough. Chitambo is battling the 3rd wave of the coronavirus pandemic, which has even claimed the life of Senior Chief Chitambo. He was the direct decendant of the Chief who hosted Scottish missionary/explorer David Livingstone, who died in Chitambo District (1873).
For the plant to be fully functional, it needs a secure, dust-free shelter and office space from which to monitor oxygen production and sales. It also needs a pipeline to take the oxygen from the plant to the bedside, for safer, more efficient patient care. These items cost a further £22,000, for which we are launching a Crowdfunding appeal. Watch this space!
