BMA Book Donation

Isn't it great when a plan comes together?!
Thanks to our Zambian based Trustees Karen, Ida, and the Chitambo Hospital delegation to Lusaka, a donation of 80 maternity care books, from the British Medical Association (BMA) and Book Aid International, are finally on route to Chitambo District today.
The 80 books.....20 copies each of 4 books, plus 3 DVDs....will be transferred into the safekeeping of Dr Jackson Phiri, District Health Director (DHD). They will be distributed to Rural Health Clinics (RHC) for use in frontline maternity care delivery.
Thank you to the donors and to Mr Sydney Elekani, Hospital Executive Officer, and Mr Changwe, Hospital Administrator, for carrying them at short notice.
